- Press and drag from a numbered tile to draw a path through neighboring cells - Connect your path to another tile with the same value to merge them (2+2=4, 4+4=8, etc.) - Paths follow adjacent cells only — no diagonal moves - Retrace your path to undo mistakes before releasing - Tap the Add Block button to place a new tile on the grid - The game ends when no matching tiles can be connected - Chase the golden 2048 tile for the ultimate score
2048 Connect puts a fresh twist on the classic 2048 formula — instead of sliding tiles, you draw paths to connect matching numbers and merge them together. It feels completely different from any 2048 you have played before, and once you start drawing those paths, you won't want to stop. The board is a 6x6 grid filled with colorful numbered tiles. To make a move, press on any tile and drag through neighboring cells until you reach another tile with the same value. Release to merge — the two tiles combine into one worth double, and the tile flies along the path you drew with a satisfying arc. Every merge clears space, earns points, and opens up new possibilities. Drawing your path is half the fun. As your finger moves across the grid, the route lights up so you always know where you are going. Paths follow adjacent cells only — no jumping or cutting corners — so you need to think ahead and plan routes around obstacles.
